Are you ready to get started ?
When we put your solution to task, we will create a functional architecture according to your needs. Those needs will be identified in a workshop or during the evaluation.
We will elaborate the technological architecture; you will get a rapid response and top notch performance.
The functional architecture can be documented according to your specific information management needs or according to TriNmax’s documentation methods.
What does project management consist of?
It is an important element and a contributing factor for the success of your project. The management of your project is ensured via respected methods that are rigorous, and have been put to the test by major project management organisations. In virtually every case, TriNmax adapts its methods, and adheres to those already being used by its clients. We follow up weekly via the documentation file of internal and external deliverables. This follow up on the added value of the project can easily be updated to determine the project’s evolution, and to predict future change.
Do you do settings configuration with us?
The moment has arrived to design your screen configuration according to your organisation’s needs vis-à-vis your processes and users. The result? System usage will be simplified. This will favour the conversion to usage, and validity, of transactional data.
The configuration includes the parameters of process management (Workflow). The latter will make the flow of work, and permission requisitions, automated. Process management can be synchronised with most IBM Maximo, Control Desk, and TRIRIGA solutions, to manage the life cycle of assets.
The process management will interact with users either by email, notifications, or through the control centre. It will be possible to escalate the processes when service levels require it, or be reassigned according to changing needs. The TriNmax experts will put in place the processes in a way that will significantly benefit the organisation.

Is it important to consider organisational change management?
The answer is YES! ! This reality must be taken into consideration at the outset, since it has long been considered a risk factor that can negatively impact the stability of an organisation. However, TriNmax sees it more as an opportunity. In fact, organisational changes are challenges that, when properly managed, can be transformed into positive contributors to success. We can attest to that. We have seen the transformations for ourselves; with organisations adopting positive resilience and becoming pillars of success. The precedents upon which we model our approach favour consolidation and performance optimisation.
