Speed up your operations with ScanNmax, the first automated invoice optimization solution for IBM Maximo. The application, which is data extraction software, enables you to automatically create invoices within your EAM system thanks to optical character recognition (OCR), artificial intelligence (AI), and templates for extracting invoice data.
The application easily processes documents received by scanning, photography or direct PDF submission, accurately interpreting the data. Users can then, on a single screen, view and validate the information to fill in the corresponding fields in IBM Maximo and create the invoice.
Fully owned and developed by TriNmax, ScanNmax can also be customized to your company’s specific needs. The application is secured and hosted on Google Cloud, and no customer data is stored on servers, as invoices are deleted once processed.
ScanNmax Receiving
Also included with ScanNmax, our Receiving application.
Simply take a photo of the delivery note with your tablet. ScanNmax Receiving will then detect the purchase order number and attach the delivery note to the corresponding order in IBM Maximo, helping you to complete your goods receipt efficiently.
What are the benefits?
- Before implementation, invoice entry took more than 15 working days. Now, invoices are entered within 24 hours of receipt.
